Easy Cozy Mitts: a free fingerless mitten pattern

Winter has settled in and my fingers are freezing. What’s my solution – knit fingerless mittens! This pattern is easy and you can whip them up in no time. Keep scrolling…the free Easy Cozy Mitts pattern is included below.

This pattern features a fold up cuff at the wrist and at the fingers so you can unfold for added warmth when needed.

Maxima by Manos del Uruguay is a dream to knit. I get giddy just thinking about it.

How did that happen?  Notice that strand above going across the rib. I’m still a little confused how that happened. I could go back and fix it but it’s one of those imperfections to remind me that life is not perfect and it adds character. OK, truth be told, if I was making the mitts for someone else I would fix the error. But they’re for me and I like the flaw.

Happy Knitting!
